Great people
Great service. Front office was great and so were the lab techs. Much much better experience than our last but probably because the person af the front desk was no longer there.
Excellent customer service! Employees are knowledgable and friendly! Wouldn't go to any other lab.
I went in the day before (Thursday) at the Gold Canyon location and made an appt with "Holly", who was at the front desk. I specifically asked her twice, "I have a 9am appt. for tomorrow, right?". Twice I was told yes. This morning I go for my 9am appt. only to be told I do not have an appt. This happening once, I can see as a mistake, but this is the third time this has happened.
