Posting this review for my husband: Visited the location inside Safeway @ Merrill Ranch. The phlebotomist was Tavi. She greeted me courteously, explained what she was doing, and I was in and out in no time! Thanks for the great service.
For the most part I haven't had any problems, including with the staff location is perfect. I wish it wasn't appt. , only because the next available could be a week out. So the doctors don't get results before my next appointment.
I called this office to ask about a medical exam, and the person who answered the phone began questioning me about why I needed it in the first place. Instead of providing help, she dismissed my request and told me they didn’t offer that service — then told me to call another office. At the end of the call, she gave me a phone number that turned out to be for an immigration office, not another clinic. This experience felt discriminatory and deeply uncomfortable.
