I called this office to ask about a medical exam, and the person who answered the phone began questioning me about why I needed it in the first place. Instead of providing help, she dismissed my request and told me they didn’t offer that service — then told me to call another office. I was a bit apprehensive because of the other negative reviews. But my experience was good! They got me checked in quickly, the lobby was fine for waiting, and the staff was pleasant. The phlebotomist did a good job and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They made the unpleasant experience of a blood draw as quick and painless as possible.

This company has one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. They make it nearly impossible to speak to a real person on the phone. Instead, you're forced to navigate through endless automated menus or rely on unhelpful individuals who pass you off. When you're dealing with an urgent issue, this lack of human support is beyond frustrating. It feels like they don't value their customers at all.
