Absolutely horrendous location. You can walk into an empty lobby and be told they can't see you because it's by appointment only despite being completely empty. Good luck getting ahold of them too since they don't have a working number, just an automated system that tells you their hours and address. I misplaced my order and the front desk staff was able to find it promptly. I don’t do well with blood tests; however, the phlebotomist did a great job, she was quick she kept me occupied with pleasant conversation and ensured that I remembered to breathe throughout the process.

For a medical office, they have no compassion. I called sono request and was on hold for forty five minutes.And I was told I could just walk in, so I figured it was for any location, because that would make sense. Went to sonora quest today in sight safeway, and was told they could not take my urine sample.Because I didn't have an appointment.It's a urine sample.Why can't they take it without an appointment. Switching to lab corp will never return

Made an appt, was in and out of the office in only 8 minutes. Employees were very nice and personable.
