Impossible to even get an appointment. Web times posted available responded time not available. No desk staff at the Cedar location. Met a woman there who had been waiting 20 minutes. Stopped by the NAHC Outpatient lab in the Northstar Building. They were fabulous. Used my Sonora orders and took me right away.
Signed in and waited before being told that this location doesn't do blood draws. Not sure why it's even listed as a place open to patients or why they let me sign in for a blood draw.
Terrible customer service. Didn't even get seen. Told me very rudely that they have lunch at 12 and don't accept walk ins. My doctor told me you did sorry I didn't know. Also told me i wasnt fasting even though my dr said I was. Rude lady working at the front desk needs to take lessons on bed side manner. Never going again.
Give Jodi a raise!
I am writing this review because of the help we received from our phlebotomist Jodi today. My son and I were a little late to our appointment mainly due to the unforeseen circumstances. She was very helpful navigating through the paperwork and draw blood from my 8 year old without any issues. She even sacrificed part of her lunch time to help us.
