The wait times are horrible, they can never find your order so you get to make multiple trips there and the people are extremely rude.

The worst lab experience I have ever had. After two weeks with no test results, I had to physically go into lab to get things straightened out. That's when they told me they had neglected to run certain labs, and I would need a redraw. So I had the redraw done 3 days before my doctor appointment. So I didn't have many of the results I needed before my doctor appointment, even though I had my labs drawn 16 days prior. They gave me a number to call. Walked in at 8:30am with our 2 week old newborn per our pediatrician office. We were told they take newborn screenings immediately, no wait. At 10:30 we still hadn’t been seen. No one had been at the desk since we entered. No one answered our calls to the office either. Flagged someone down, they told us they lost our appointment. Took us back at 11. I have used this lab several times since moving to Sun City West two years ago. I find that if I schedule appointment ahead of time, rather than being a walk-in patient, I’m usually in and out in a very timely manner. While waiting to check today, I had two crabby women standing in front of me that were loudly complaining nonstop that the lab had gotten a little behind.
