Wish there was a minus rating. My Doctor's office faxed lab order on thursday for a fasting appt: I made for Mpnday When I arrived I was told to sign in, was asked for an order which I told them was faxed on Thursday, they couldn't find it so I called the Dr's office for another which they sent BUT Sonora QUEST SAID THEY DIDN"T RECEIVE! So I drove the 20 mile round trip to get hard copy. Took it into Sonora Quest (which now had 10 or more people waiting, and was told to sign in. I said "Again?" they said yes. No one will answer the phone...ever.
Clueless staff, highly incompetent, sending patients from office to the next
I called Sonora Corp. They said I could walk in no appointment needed. I got to the lab at 7:35 a.m. (I was fasting)one person was finishing getting their labs drawn, one in waiting room. Phlebotomist told me "Appointment only". I asked if the next appointment didn't show up if she would take me. Her response was "Oh they'll show up" I was so angry, I went to LabCorp and for now on will drive further to go to LabCorp where I will get better, friendlier service.
