I am a Veteran refered by the Tri West choice program Cardiologist. had all my VA documents and my work order for the Blood work and they refused me. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
The people at the window aren't the friendliest. Once they call you in the phlebotomist is usually nice and the job gets done. Update.. once again not very friendly.. in fact I was treated kind of rudely because I didn't check in on the kiosk first. Sorry, I'm not feeling well and the kiosk is new. Also, does it make sense to have a kiosk that everybody in the building touches so everybody gets sick? I had to ask for hand sanitizer.
I had scheduled an appointment and was called in on time. Staff are friendly and efficient. People in the past have had a hard time drawing my blood but Brittney is amazing. I've had her do my blood draw twice now and it was so painless and quick. Only place I'll go from now on!
