Need additional staff to reduce the waiting time. Appointments are book to a maximum every day so when you come in without one your wait time will be over an hour at the least.
Not enough staff to handle the volume of customers. Small waiting area gets full quickly and very hot. They need to re vamp their customer service model. Blood draws have been painless and quick once actually in the patient room.
Extremely long wait times, very small waiting area. Average waiting times per front desk employee is an hour and half.. it appeared that only two lab employees are working and they only have two-three lab rooms, which makes the wait even longer. Only 12 chairs in the waiting area with at least 5-6 standing by the door waiting.
