Horrible experiences TWICE now. I scheduled my appointments weeks in advance. Both times, they could not find my lab orders , despite my doctors office sending them multiple times. My second appointment was scheduled at 7:30am, there wasn't anyone else waiting in the office. I wasn't seen until 8am. They had the WRONG lab orders and I wasn't able to get my blood drawn, and I was LATE to work. I have never had this much trouble at any other blood collection facility and will NOT be going back. I have been coming here for years. Never an issue, until now...received a bill. My Insurance was never charged! I tried to call their billing office. There was a 2 hour hold time, it gave me the option to have a call back, chose that, but today came and went. I am beyond livid!
Always friendly. The young lady that works in there is the BEST at drawing blood I’ve ever experienced in my life! Never feel a thing. Zero bruising every time! Easy to go in and out quickly.
Habitually mis-bills patients resulting in rejection from insurance. This leaves two options: fight with the Insurance and Sonora Quest until they BOTH see the misunderstanding and correctly bill, OR pay $1600 for you single test. Seems their MO is to thrust their patients into financial ruin and collections, kinda the opposite of the Hypocratic Oath interms of doing harm, but this is social and financial harm. Do not support this company. Couldn't offer zero stars.
So professional. In and out in 15 minutes. The phlebotomist didn't even leave a bruise. Highly recommend. Very much worth the parking issues and the grocery shoppers everywhere. Too bad Starbucks sucks in that Safeway store.
