I took my 90 year old mother to Sonora Quest One Six Two Three Six. We arrived at 8:30 am and did not have an appointment. There was no one at the front desk and we were required to sign in at a kiosk. Signing in puts you on an electronic board in the primary waiting area so you can see where you are in line. The waiting areas (2) were packed. One man, seriously disabled, was complaining loudly and asking how long he had to wait as it was now 45 minutes past his appointment. I'm absolutely disgusted with this location. Not only did I phone up Sonora Labs months ago and got the codes for each of the routine preventative services for my free yearly physical, I also got the codes from United healthcare as well. These codes along with what they should be billed under I put on the order requisition form that was handed to Sonora Labs when I walked in.
