Phlebotomists are great. Intake staff helpful. Preferable to make appointment to avoid long wait time.
If you don't have an appointment be prepared to wait over an hour. This a Thursday mid morning. While waiting I came to this site and see that the next appt available is Monday afternoon. I guess you need an appointment to get sick.
Sucks. Just plain sucks. Customer service was bad. Rude to patients just because didn’t understand technology. This location is awful.
