I went for my one year old's lab work yesterday. I had made an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes. Then my baby was poked 4 times by 2 different people who seemed like who don't have any experience working with children. They were not friendly with my baby and didn't try to do anything to calm her down. She was crying historically when I finally said enough! It was the most HORRIBLE experience EVER.
