RecommendedI was a walk in. I didn't have to wait long to get the blood work done for my upcoming surgery. The Staff were efficient and courteous. The Phlebotomist was experienced and efficient. You can make an appointment but they accept walk ins too. Due to COVID 19 all the Staff were wearing masks.
This place is a joke, the wait time is ridiculous.
Yesterday I couldn't get a blood draw because I didn't fast, waste of time. Couldn't cancel appointment online, had to call I .... I was toke to "just show up" Saturday morning @ this Brown and Recker facility.... Saturday (this) morning I wait for an hour at Sonora Quest for a "walk in" blood draw, and when they call me back (AFTER ANN HOUR of waiting) they tell me the doctor didn't send the paperwork!? What on earth???
