Very poorly run. Girl at front desk had ro constantly go & ask questions. In my opinion, only experienced employees should be working at peak times & on Saturdays. She also asked a patient to lock the front door. OMG - will never go back to Sonoran Quest Labs!

Got in and out quickly, but that was the only plus. The tech that did the blood draw was very obviously new, and unfortunately this was the most painful blood draw experience I've ever had. I could feel the needle moving around in my arm while she fumbled around with the tube (ouch!) When she withdrew the needle, I looked over and saw that she had gotten blood everywhere. Apparently my vein was "ripe"... in reality she was poorly trained in how to do a blood draw 🙄I generally have a high pain tolerance and am not a complain... read more
