They lost my SPECIMEN, then didn't bother telling me for four days, even though I kept calling to find out about it. when I emailed them about it 5days later, Ali got was it is done look at you log in site. I did, there was a report and it said cancelled. Nothing else. When I called they said it was cancelled because they didn't receive a specimen.
