I went to the one at 35th and Peoria today, had an appointment for 10:30, arrived 10 minutes early as they advised. Sat for 20 minutes while they serviced everyone but me. When I went to the window to asked about my appointment, snarky clerk told me I shouldn't expect to be served if I arrive at 10:30. I am so tired of paying for services from people who act like they are doing you a favor. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait until all the walk-ins are served? They are so unorganized and always a wait . I mean how long does it really take to get a blood sample out. It should take so little effort. They should be able to knock out 5 customers in 15 min not and 1hr. OMG. They need restructuring over here or more traniing. The lady entering data is so slow she need more training. Customers in waiting room getting so annoyed by her. Pathetic. ........
