Worst experience ever. I had a lab appointment at 10:45am on 5/29/19 that I made and arrived way before the appointment. They didn't get me in until 20 minutes after. The tech, Elisa, called me in mixing up my first and last name. After correcting her, she stated it was printed incorrectly on my papers. I brought it to her attention that the papers were correct. You seriously need to do something about your wait times, this is not just this lab, but all of them.... Why dont you hire more people or is an hour wait acceptable? I understand appointments and such, but GEEZ guys
