Quick and good customer service.
Only one of the three check in tablets was working, and that one just barely… I had to tap everything 5 or 6 times to get it to accept an input. If you’re going to eliminate front desk staff, the least you can do is have working tablets! Also, the waiting room looked like something from a horror movie! What a dump!
Erma is amazing and courteous, friendly,and caring. The staff here was great best experience at a Quest lab it's busy, but everywhere is busy. They had me out within 45 minutes.
The worst, went in as walk in, I get it the people that have appointment will go in first, but they didn’t really care at all. Waited 2 hours and didn’t call us in and I had to leave. Waste of time
