Horrible ! Update to my review ! Now we have waited over 2 hours and was told that we still have another hour to wait ! 3 hours to give blood is absolutely ridiculous! AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!! Come on Quest you need to get your act together !
Quick and good customer service.
Only one of the three check in tablets was working, and that one just barely… I had to tap everything 5 or 6 times to get it to accept an input. If you’re going to eliminate front desk staff, the least you can do is have working tablets! Also, the waiting room looked like something from a horror movie! What a dump!
Erma is amazing and courteous, friendly,and caring. The staff here was great best experience at a Quest lab it's busy, but everywhere is busy. They had me out within 45 minutes.
