I was so frustrate after wasting my time at lab Corp (where my doc send me originally but they didn't attend me) so I went to Sonora quest, I got here like 11, without an appointment, and they attended me, they were really nice, there was only like two patients waiting, so it was so fast, I was there no more than 15 min...So happy that they could make my blood test today, and with the excellent service...
Had an appointment @ 8:45am. Did not get called in until 9:30am, after I reminded them what time was my appointment. What was the point of setting up an appointment??? Never going back to this location, disorganized and the staff seems to be more interested in talking to themselves in the back office rather than keeping anyone in the reception desk.
I was 5th in line for blood being drawn. I was called in after waiting about 5 minutes. I was treated VERY nicely..the tech drew blood quickly and I was out in about 3 minutes...My compliments to the staff!
Fast service & polite however when my wife went into the restroom she discovered not only that there was no soap but there wasn't even a spot on the wall where a dispenser would have been & considering that they are a type of medical facility they should be more sanitary. Also they do not return your calls, even though they claim they will when you call to leave a message on the answering machine.
They are really fast for their services
