When scheduling a drug test they quoted me 3 days for results back. In person was quoted a week for results back. It's now been 2 weeks and no results back. I'm glad this was test wasn't court ordered or for an employer because what would I tell them, nothing I would be screwed, because it's very conveniently not listed on any paperwork how long results will take to receive but I being a trusting person took the words of the "professionals" working there and on the phone during scheduling.
Ridiculous. I walk in at 7:30 AM and of course I check in at the kiosk. Nobody behind the counter. I'm the only one here and I can hear them BS ing in the back 10 minutes later people start walking in. They all go before me (must have had appointments). They finally get to me and won't do the test until they find out if I owe them a hundred bucks from 10 years ago
Staff is always pleasant and they open at 6am now - woohoo
