Ridiculous. I walk in at 7:30 AM and of course I check in at the kiosk. Nobody behind the counter. I'm the only one here and I can hear them BS ing in the back 10 minutes later people start walking in. They all go before me (must have had appointments). They finally get to me and won't do the test until they find out if I owe them a hundred bucks from 10 years ago
Staff is always pleasant and they open at 6am now - woohoo

Horrible office staff, especially the rude old lady in charge up front! The citizens of Payson deserve better!
I made an appointment but due to insurance and doctor snafus had to leave so we could figure out the billing. Katie went above and beyond the call of duty to reach out and reschedule me and did a great job on the blood draw. Everyone I dealt with was most helpful, courteous, and professional. I saw lots of frustrated reviews but I had a great experience. Thanks to Katie!!!
