So grateful for Sonora Quest mobile lab service and wonderful technician Richard who drew my family's blood work from our home this morning. Richard was gentle, kind, organized, clean, and timely. Outstanding customer service from everyone to set up this appointment and follow through. Thank you, Sonora Quest and Richard (Rick)!!!

I arrived (on time/early) for my 1:30 PM appointment on 7/31/2020 at 3805 E Bell Road #1500 for a Covid-19 Antibody Test and was directly turned away because they said their "system was down". Apparently, they could not take my payment in the office and therefore I would not be seen; my appointment was null and void with absolutely no regard for my time and trouble and no attempt whatsoever to offer a work-around or even to reschedule me. Oh boy. The staff and techs were fine. When I checked out they told me my total and when I went to pay it the girl said "Oh the Dr will bill you". The Dr never did bill me but a bill arrived from Sonoran that was exactly $300 more than I was told at check out (basic blood work). I called them and they had no info on why it was $300 more but would I want to arrange payments? I sent in a payment and requested that someone call me and explain.
