I got my Blood drawn Yesterday, and I must say Im not to happy with the lady(Elizabeth) at the front desk! She was VERY rude! I said excuse me after I signed in, she said "go sit down" like Im a dog. Then helped the person in line behind me, even chatted with the person for a brief time. On the bright side the lady (Melissa) who drew my blood was extremely apologetic for the rudeness! I asked Melissa for a complaint card and she tried to get me one but she was told they dont have them any longer...I can see why! Thanks for a... read more
I must say Melissa has been probably the best lab person to draw my blood, she was funny and nice and I didnt feel anything. I will request her all the time and tell all my family and friends to ask for her. Thank you Melissa for being so sweet and gentle

Ive always have trouble getting my blood drawn and to top it off most of these offices treat you like an object. But the lady who drew my blood, Cynthia, was great. She even talks to you and then its over, I didnt even feel the needle and she didnt have a problem doing it. Thanks Cynthia
