6-26-25 I made a visit here for my taillights being out in which they did a diagnosis for my car in which resulted me paying $221.20 with no repairs done, just diagnosis and no further check in calls for if they found or got parts for repair. I left a voicemail the next month in which they ignored and never contacted me with any updates. Bad customer service and very pricey. Thankfully to other trusted mechanics I was able to get the job done with perfect customer service in Oakdale.

Mike the owner is always professional and does quality work. Make sure to call in a month to a few weeks ahead as this is one of the few shops that has full competence on working on European vehicles. This makes them pretty busy. They always use OEM parts and adhered to the factory specs and do not cut corners. I have also brought my own aftermarket parts to them before and they have used them without issue. They changed an ignition coil on my Mini for $491. The job doesn’t even require a tool. You literally reach in and swap out the parts with your hand. $20 part, five minute job, $491 I would say make sure you know what you’re doing or they’ll take advantage of you; that’s good advice for taking cars to a mechanic… Simply avoid these people even if you know what you’re doing. It’s well beyond ethical how much they charged me.
Everything they said they would do they did, and more that I did not know I needed!! Trust worthy and fair!!
