We are very happy with the quality and service rec’d with our beautiful island. Scratch noticed during home inspection. The scratch was too deep and couldn’t be fixed so we got a new island replaced. The issue was handled professionally and quickly.
These houses are huge and all sold out.

! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE OVER PRICED CHEAPLY MADE HOMES ! First off, the price for these homes is outrageous. This is a bad area and these prices don’t help. There are a lot of quality issues and details that were just completely neglected by the builders. You’ll end up paying $1,000,000+ and then having to pay more to get these issues fixed. I’d either take your business to rancho Bernardo (a better and safer area) or down the street for a bigger better home at half the price.
