Amaidzing Cleaning Service Here’s what I liked about Amaidzing…they clean the places most of the other cleaning services I have used don’t. I’m talking about lightswitches, door handles, etc. Small thing for some people but having used cleaners for several years it is this type of thing that helps differentiate them from the rest.
AMAIDZING!! Great service, friendly crews , highly recommend Josefina's crew. They are quick and do a wonderful job. I will tell all my friends about this great cleaning service.
Great Experience This was my first time hiring cleaners and i was a lil worried because i had heard such horror stories, but a friend recommended Amaidzing to me and they were just that! Friendly customer service, good cleaners, they worked fast and they knew what to do and got the job done in no time.
Great service! I love this company and have recommended it to friends and family. This is the only company that hasn't let me down. I simply do not believe the other two reviews on this site because I have only had good experiences with them. They are not always punctual mostly due to the heavy traffic in L.A. but they always call me if they are delayed. My place is spotless after they leave.
Terrible service and rude - show up late, cancel without notice I gave Amaidzing 6 chances to make me a satisfied customer, and they never made the cut. Their maids are late or don't show up half the time (terrible for a customer with a busy life who has to wait for the maids on the weekend). When they do show up, service is really spotty. Some of the maids are quick and thorough. they suck overpriced, the service was terrible and when we complained the girl that answered the phone didn't seem to care. we were put on hold three times and still are waiting a call back from the manager.
Below Adequate Cleaning Service A friend recommended them, but I'm not sure why. I asked for the General/Standard service and Veronica and Amelia were who came out. At first glance, I thought it was adequate (even though I had to ask them to wipe down the kitchen counters - some obvious misses). At a closer look, the kitchen counters were cleaned only in open spaces...they did not clean behind any appliance, container, or even a cereal box.
