Sonora USED to provide a high level service of design assistance. They would answer the phone and provide assistance. Not anymore - seems as though they changed personnel and now provide zero assistance and they have inflated their pricing. Worse is they change part dynamics without changing part numbers further confusing techs trying to perform designs (LA143 now has RTN but the part number hasn't changed to reflect this)
