A pleasure to meet with and on time scheduling.
I came to Dr. Advani for very thorough and thoughtful endocrinology care. I met with her twice or three times and was fairly pleased. I then missed an appointment. No matter how many times I called the office and left voicemails, no one ever called back to reschedule. Apparently, until I paid the 50 dollar missed appointment charge they are not allowed to make new appointments, but I did not even know that. No one ever called me back. This went on for months. I had a bizarre and hostile experience at Dr. Advani’s office. I had an appointment for hrt and during that appointment I scheduled the 3 month follow up with instructions to get medication level bloodwork about 10 days before my next appointment mid June. After the second month (April) Dr Advani refused to allow the pharmacist to refill my monthly prescription until I had bloodwork to measure hrt blood levels - which she had told me to schedule at the lab for June.
