After being a customer of Sonoma Travel for over 20 years for our big trips, my wife and I will no longer be using their services. This last time was to plan our bucket-list trip to Fiji - 7 nights, split between 2 resorts We were working with the owner. The core issue is that she has continued to refuse to explain a significant price hike on the last itinerary she sent us.
