If I could give a zero to Sonoma Tilemakers I would. I ordered their tile for my backsplash and it came in the wrong color (luckily I saved the sample!!), so the shop and designer contacted them and despite the very clear difference they are refusing to correct the error. Very rude and very poor customer service and obviously (especially based on these other reviews), their workmanship and service has completely deteriorated - hopefully they go out of business soon!
