We have had no AC since yesterday and only power to certain rooms, called JEA they confirm multiple times that's it's on the complexs end. However we get the run around every time we call sonoma, first it was a missing part now they have to wait on the owner. When we asked for an email to send a for Failure to Maintain the premises they refused to give us one and hung up on us. When we went by to give one in writing they treated it like a joke.
