We have had no AC since yesterday and only power to certain rooms, called JEA they confirm multiple times that's it's on the complexs end. However we get the run around every time we call sonoma, first it was a missing part now they have to wait on the owner. When we asked for an email to send a for Failure to Maintain the premises they refused to give us one and hung up on us. When we went by to give one in writing they treated it like a joke. She’s very accommodating very pleasant and very professional And I would recommend anybody that’s looking for an apartment to deal with Miss Danielle Russell. She’s amazing and she gets the job done in the most professional way possible.
Ms.Barbra is a treat to work with. She's really knows how to make a person feel at home. Oh yeah an the apartment is beautiful and spacious. I give this experience a 10 out of 10.
