I had an absolutely horrific experience with Sonoma RV, and I feel it’s crucial to share my story so others don’t fall victim to their unethical and illegal practices. From the moment I walked in, I was met with lies and deceit. They aggressively misrepresented the condition of the RV I purchased, claiming it was in perfect working order when, in reality, it had multiple issues that they failed to disclose. Ryan went above and beyond, very helpful he makes you feel like family, he made sure everything was perfect with the trailer before he delivered it, I would give more stars if possible, great experience
I broke a leaf spring on my sunray 139T called into Sonoma RV as they are the approved dealer for sunray to get information on the correct replacement part. RYAN answered the phone and said he would find out more information when he got into the store and never called me back. I called a second time about three hours later. Got an answering machine. Left a message and got no call back. Ryan's just a salesman no support.
Nice kid working there, answered all my questions I felt he was honest and very helpful
