I won’t be using this laundromat again. During my visit, several machines were out of order. The washer I used failed to drain mid-cycle, leaving my things soaking wet, and maintenance had to open the machine. There were no cleaning supplies available on-site to handle the water that resulted. Afterward, management contacted me with accusations that I caused damage, without providing repair reports or documentation. During their ownership of the cooper park apartments they never told me about the roaches and I wasn't allowed to see the unit until the moment I was given the key. There was water damage around and under both the sinks, a hole behind the bathroom door caused by the knob, no curtain rods or hardware to place curtains, and the fridge had a funny smell the entire time i was there. The laundrymat located at 111 shady Lane Roland Oklahoma, is the closest one for a lot of Roland residents. Yet every time I visit, there are less machines available....not because of the customers but because of the OUT OF ORDER signs. This week there is only FOUR working washers!!! Guess it's time to find a new laundrymat to spend money at.
The Roland laundry mat has trouble dryers and no after hour help. Would not go there
They have terrible bug infestations!
