I am an African American woman, and I had a terrible experience with the front desk attendant named “Happy”. I walked in expecting to retrieve my reservation and was greeted by racism and hostility. I was told that the housekeeper arrived late for work and that there were absolutely no rooms available and that it would be hours until I was able to get into a my room which was reserved ahead of time. @SonomaLodge .....booked reservations for a room here back on 2/21/2017 for 7/20/17-7/22/17 to attend the @jackjohnson concert and we were excited for the getaway, that is until today when I received an email stating that the hotel "overbooked" the rooms and they would be cancelling my reservation! Cancelling 4 days before the concert, leaving us with nearly every hotel in Bend sold out or the few rooms left at over $600/night, thanks a lot!
