Dominic and his team produced two of my sauces. Being my first time having sauce bottled, they helped every step of the way. Making sure the recipe was followed exactly, their communication was excellent. They had me come in for the first batch, so we can make adjustments as needed. Sonoma wasn’t going to stop improving the sauce until I was satisfied with the end result. Can’t wait to get my other two sauces made with them.
