Patty and her team provide an excellent environment for supervised visitation. The reports are detailed and on time their client portal makes it easy to access the reports and policies. You can really feel that they go out of their way to keep the place safe and fun for children. There are cameras in every room and at the front door to record all interactions, which ended up being very helpful in my situation. If I could give zero stars, I would. This facility is not to be trusted with the important responsibility of supervising visitation - they are inconsistent in their own policies and practices, as well as inattentive. They cannot be relied upon to timely or accurately provide reports, and they do not have a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities in matters where restraining or abduction prevention orders are in place. Disappointing - steer clear.

They seem nice.... until you vocalize a complaint on their conduct and actions. Then they call you aggressive, and twist the facts. One of the lost disgusting/appalling situations I have had to endure.
