I'm only giving them one star because there are no negative stars! I had a very negative experience with Dr Jordan. His office said that although I had received assurance from my insurance that orthotics would be 80% covered, they insisted that I pay the full price of $600 and would be reimbursed "if" insurance covered any of the cost. I told them that I couldn't afford that. Instead, Dr Jordan ordered an ankle brace for me which he assured me would be covered by Medicare. Extremely unprofessional back office staff, the worst billing department. Right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. After Dr. Chang retired, the trajectory of the clinic in Santa Rosa is downhill. North Bay Foot Care is a corporation that mainly cares about the revenues it bills its customers rather than their well being. I decided to never again work with Bay Area Foot Care. Scheduled an appointment for 2:15 with Dr. Jordan and arrived at 2:10 with all my paperwork already filled in online prior to arrival. I was brought back to a patient room at 2:25 and passed only empty patient rooms. The MA informed me they would take some X-rays shortly, and he would be right back. My room had construction folks working on the other side of the window where they could look directly in. At 2:45 there still was no update.
