Melissa and Angela are hands down the best! They helped my family sell and buy simultaneously and navigate two stressful escrows. They were incredible negotiators and always available to answer our questions. We weren't in a rush to move, but they found us an off market buyer in the meantime, so when we did find the perfect home, we immediately had an offer and never had to hit the market.
