I was in need. There gracious support got me back on the road safely. New tires and oil. I recommend there top quality service.
I've had all my scheduled maintenance work done here since I purchased my bike from them in 2019 (most recently a day ago). I've never had a bad experience, from the interaction with staff to the quality of workmanship. The staff greets and treats you well from the start and is great about calling with any recommendations or significant changes to the estimate (which is rare) and turnaround is typically same day. Decent selection of shirts, great clearance deals!
Service department really screwed me over, brand new Harley off showroom floor that I only put 7k miles on was brought to them. Bike was diagnosed with bad clutch and stator.. The clutch that went out was a lifetime warranty part, Michaels Harley Davidson threw away my old parts without my consent. The new clutch and stator and labor was gonna be covered by Barnett from being sold a defective clutch that has lifetime warranty. Gets worse. I then paid 2800$ for the work anyways.
