Fast and friendly, clear and communicative. Everything explained beforehand and as questions arise. Fair pricing. Buying an older house meant having to use Lauren a few times for different things and Lauren was always nothing but courteous and direct. If something we wanted fixed could be done with a $3 hardware store purchased, that was the suggested fix. Hopefully will not need it but, next time I do, I will surely be giving Lauren our business.

Great care& time taken to explain work needed to be done had and carried out in professional timely manner& concern given with competive cost factored in by Lauren Crosby.. @north bay electrician AAA++ and with knowing to contact N.B.E again if any repair needed or install is sought with qualified electrician know how! /would definetly recommendPLUG’(s’cuse the pun) .to others if given the need to do so in future! .
