Alicia fulfills the role of concierge 100%. Lucky me found Sonoma Concierge when two states away and desperately needing help with matters at Bodega Bay. Called Alicia; job done. She is my go to, at Bodega Bay, until I get better settled in. And then, it will be just nice to know she is around. Emergency is over and she still finds ways of helping me out.
