Beware This is a cautionary tale to anyone who might considering doing business with Sonoma Computers. The worst experience possible. They took my computer to their shop to install a new mother board which the techie diagnosed, to be repaired at an agreed upon price. On their own, without consulting me, they decided to take the hard drive out and put it in a new computer. The techie brought the repaired CPU back but was not able to show me that it worked. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It's also nice to be able to have computer support available either in person or on the phone right here in Sonoma.
