Tania and Carolyn were wonderful to work with during Sonoma Clean Power's Smart Thermostat Upgrade Program. Having service providers come into your home can sometimes feel intrusive, but they were professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire visit. The installation was quick and easy, and they made sure I understood how to use the new thermostat before they left. Update 10/2024: Well… Juicebox ran from US market leaving all of us hanging Update 3/20/2023: JuiceBox EV charger died within months. Replaced under warranty with a “refurbished” unit. That unit also died within months. I think JuiceBox customer support sucks. And the fact that SCP pigeon holes you into the unreliable brand like JuiceBox is pathetic. I was also super disappointed at SCP customer service being completely incompetent in answering a very simple email question about a replacement. I’m m dropping my rating to 1 s... read more
