Sonoma Backyard did a great job getting my hot tub working again. Their trouble shooter, Oliver, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He communicated with me multiple times to keep me up to date with parts that were ordered. When the parts came, he came out and installed them quickly. Oliver was a very personable and didn’t seem at all phased by me watching everything. I love my rockers. They are exactly what I was wanting. Everyone I spoke with from visiting the showroom to the delivery team were terrific.
Oliver was prompt, polite and informative. He quickly performed the task and followed up with additional information as promised. It was a very pleasant repair experience.
