Kristen and Dallas were amazing!! I went in the Morganton location today after having been suffering with upper respiratory-related illness for a month. Kristen was very kind, efficient, and welcoming to me. I was looking at the cute goody bags and she told me to take what I needed. I felt completely at ease. I was disappointed and frankly concerned that the ultrasound of my carotid arteries on Thursday, Sept. 22 was botched. I had a woman doing her first test and a trainer. My problem is not with her, though — I understand that people need to learn their jobs — but with the other woman. She left the room a few times to use her phone and she also had her back to me for a lot of the time. I was to have an xray of one knee and was told by my provider that Sonocare would be the fastest and least expensive place to do this. I went straight to the facility on 4/7/22 with no appointment and decided as I was pulling in that I should have both knees done. I was greeted immediately, completed paperwork and was on my way well within 30 minutes. The tech and front desk staff were excellent. I received my bill around 6/1/22.
