I just had a post-op visit with Kristen, the nurse, who is super nice. She is very encouraging and has been very responsive to my calls and texts. I had. Balancer Pro massage - I LOOOVE that machine, which is sooo relaxing. I also had a Venus treatment with Krystal. My surgery was on April 30 with Dr. Domantovsky - she did an amazing job. Well here I am at almost 3 months post op and my results are actually disappointing. I know results can’t take up to a year but there’s just too much stomach and mass left. I expressed my concern and was left with unreturned calls (or requests for calls) and unfulfilled promises. I am extremely upset about where we are in this process. Krystal at sono bello was awesome. I had the Venus treatments and it worked perfectly. The staff and Krystal were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
