My stars are based ONLY on initial contact with Sono Bello, not any contact during an appointment. What I find is any company that refuses to give any details of any procedure is rated poor in my book. That it's all based on "too many factors" to give an accurate estimate. Yes, everyone is different, and needs different procedures. Based on some of the reviews on this site this will be too pressured for me.
