My Wife Just Had Surgery At This Center And It Was A Very Positive Experience For Us All. From The Beginning, The Front Desk Was Respectful Of Our Confidentiality And Took Time With Us. They Even Let Me Take A Short Nap In A Private Lounge While She Got Her Surgery Done! The Nurse (Kendra) Was Great At Keeping My Wife Calm And Educated About The Process. She Looks Great After Just 3 Months.
The receptionist, Chayanne, was very rude. She called 15 minutes before the appointment trying to reschedule. We were lost in downtown because their directions were not clear. The office is not easy to find for someone not familiar with the area. We called to ask for directions and instead of trying to give us directions she was just trying to reschedule. So thanks to their receptionist they lost our business.
