The staff in the St. Louis office is really great at making you feel comfortable. You don't feel like just another patient. After your first visit they all know your name and greet you by name when you walk in the door. The patient care and follow up check up and phone calls are beyond what I expected and or have received from any other doctor's office. I truly felt like all the staff was and is there for me.
A big thank you to Dr. Buglino, my 2 nurses Tisa & Jessica for taking such good care of me & putting me at ease, I was biting my nails off because I was so nervous. They understand my anxiety and how I wanted to feel and look. They are amazing and caring and care about there patients.
I was very pleased right from the first day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They answered my questions fully and made it very easy to decide which treatments would work for me. I was even given the opportunity to have my first treatment the same day. Tatiana was so nice and friendly...made each treatment a pleasure. Overall very positive. They make an experience that at first is awkward and even embarrassing into an open conversation that no longer is either. They invite open dialogue and even encourage you to bring concerns up before, during, and after the procedure.
