Drove 30 mins got to my appointment on time just to be told it’s going to be about 30-45 mins before I’m seen. Waited an hour later then finally asked the receptionist about how much longer to be told another 30 mins . I’m good . Not doing it . So inconsiderate.
I’ve been going to this location since May 2025. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Each step of the process, they have been thorough and making sure I know going on. I’m currently in the Venus Pro phase and the technician, Nyshel is excellent. She has given me great advice to adjust what I was doing things to improve my results. In fact because of her I signed up for additional treatments.
The whole experience was amazing from the front desk staff to Nurse Aniya's amazing and awesome bedside manner of direct attention and care to Dr. Epps' procedure. Looking forward to looking more awesome as I heal. Thanks so much so appreciate everything.
My Post Op visit today went great Katie was nice and very knowledgeable my surgeon was excellent he was on it.
The staff was nice and professional.They explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable.The procedure was fast and not very painful.I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to enhance their body.
