My wife had a great experience, some discomfort which was expected but the staff was amazing, the Doctor personality wasn’t the best but the Nurse and other Staff Members were excellent, well with communication and personable..
The baton rouge facility is so disorganized. I was told my procedure was 12-3 at my initial visit. The procedure did not start till 1:30 - 90 minutes late. The pre-op was scheduled at 930, I was not seen till 1030 - 1 hour late. When i was on the table of the procedure I was told that they are understaffed. This place is not good! While it is still early from the procedure and I am swollen, I do not see much of a change in upper abdomin except that one side seems to protrude out than the other side when I look down.
