We have had an amazing experience! Our process was long and took almost 2years. Creighton was there throughout the whole process. Never shied away from showing us units or trying to find the best floorplan for us. When he switched into financing his brother Chadham took over and he always took great care of us. No matter the questions we had. He was not pressuring us but trying to help. Should be a ZERO STAR rating. I would suggest using another RV dealer/service center and NOT Sonny's Camp & Travel in Duncan, SC. After 12 months of working and cooperating with Sonny's Camp & Travel to have our travel trailer repaired under warranty, we gave up as there had been nothing but frustration. - It started in August 2022, when I contacted Sonny's Service Dept to schedule warranty repairs for 15 items and 2 additional service items. We dropped off our travel trailer Sept 14 and had an understanding with KP, Serv... read more

Back in November, I purchased a brand new camper from Sonny's. When I went down for my overview of the camper and to pick it up, I was notified of some damage that I did not notice originally. This is where I have to take some of the blame, I suppose. I should have walked away at that point and refused pick up of the camper. Our review with Sonny’s goes down as the nightmare before Christmas. We made reservations for a camping Christmas with our family six months prior to the holiday. Two weeks before we were to leave, we discovered something was wrong with our heater, this concerned us because all the weather reports predicted below normal temps and needed to make sure the underbelly was protected from the freezing temps.
